Booking Fee

There is a £50 non refundable holding fee to book your event date which is required once you have signed the T&Cs. If the Client cancels or terminates the agreement at any time after signing the booking form, the booking fee will not be refunded.

Once you have received the contract, your date is held for one week, if you haven’t signed and paid the booking fee within this time, the date will be released.

Copyright

EmDeSign retains copyright to all designs and these must not be replicated by any other person. Stealing any part of my designs will incur charges and possible legal action.

EmDeSign welcomes pictures of inspiration but we will not copy any other designer's work so please don’t ask us to.

Digital Mock Ups

Bespoke - The Client will receive 2/3 mock ups to choose from based on our conversations. Once a final design is chosen, a digital proof will be sent for you to check all wording and spelling for final sign off before it is printed with one further copy to approve any requested amendments. Please note there is a £50 design fee for bespoke creations.

House Suites - If you choose from an existing House Suite, you will receive one mock up of your chosen design with all the details you have provided. There is no design fee chargeable on this option.

It is the Client's responsibility to send the correct information and check that all spelling and grammar, phone numbers and email addresses are correct. Once the Client has given EmDeSign approval to print, no amendments can be made. If any mistakes are found after print approval has been given and printing has commenced, you will be charged the full amount for reprinting.

Your quote include 2 revisions of the digital mock ups, any further amendments will be charged at £10 per round of changes. If your design should change dramatically during the proof process, a new cost proposal must be approved and a new time line will be agreed.

Invoicing/Final Balance

The Client will pay the full balance (minus the £50 booking fee) 7 days before printing starts, of which the date will be agreed when booking in. Printing will NOT start until both full payment and the client's approval of the digital proofs have been received. If you haven’t approved the artwork and paid the balance by the date agreed, there will be a £15 fee for rescheduling the print date.

EmDeSign will send you the final invoice one week before payment is due.

Cancellation can be agreed up to 28 days before the date of printing is due to commence, however the booking fee will not be refunded, this will be retained to cover the time already spent on your order.

The turnaround from invoice being issued to you, to the final product being posted/ready for collection is up to 4 weeks dependant on chosen design.

Assembly of the final product

Please note that there may be a colour variation if ordering different items at different times and colours on screen will appear differently to that on printed products.

Unless otherwise agreed, invitation bundles will not be assembled (gatefold style are the exception). Assembly of invite bundles can be added for a £25 charge. Please request this when ordering

Postage

Delivery to one UK mainland address only. For international orders, please contact me for a price.

All quoted package prices include free local collection but Royal Mail Special Delivery of your finished product can be offered for £10 or you can upgrade to DPD courier for £15. I will provide you with tracking details once I have them. Whilst all due care will be taken to wrap and protect your items for posting, EmDeSign will not be held responsible for any damage caused once the product has been posted.

If you encounter issues with delivery, please raise this with the courier themselves. I will replace your order as quickly as possible but this must be paid for in full again and any claims for cost must be made through Parcel Force/Royal Mail directly.

Once you have received your order

Once the Client has received the order, it must be checked, counted and confirmed to EmDeSign within 72 hours of delivery. Failure to confirm within this timescale will mean that you accept the order is fulfilled. There will be additional charges for any replacements if you request this after the 72 hours has passed.

All projects must be a minimum quantity of 10 bundles. If you would like to change your quantity after receiving your final order or signing your final design, additional fees will apply.

Image Sharing

EmDeSign reserves the right to share all designs on social media (names and personal details can be changed on request).

Please tag EmDeSign in images shared online and provide our details to your vendors to ensure we are properly credited for our work
