I can give a full and personal service to each and every one of my clients, especially during such a momentous time in your life whether it be your wedding, big birthday or other event. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and with that comes a high standard of communication, so you won’t be left wondering if everything is taken care of or second guessing timescales or designs. 

After you make your enquiry, we’ll arrange a zoom chat to get to know each other a bit better and have a general chat around how you picture your event. It’s really important to me that you know who I am and feel able to speak to me about what you want. Once you are booked in (with a booking fee and signed T&C’s), we schedule a date for me to send around 2/3 mock ups for you to choose from. You don’t have to love them all! Mock ups give us a good starting off point and we work together closely to pick and choose your favourite aspects and make your stationery absolutely perfect.

Once the design is chosen, I’ll ask you to check everything over and then its print approval time! General turnaround is 3-4 weeks from printing (dependant on complexity of design but we’ll discuss this to ensure you are fully updated at each stage) and everything is packaged using either fully recycled or recyclable packaging and couriered to you or if you’re local, can be delivered right to your door.
